  • Same Day Schedule Sign Installment Request

  • Schedule Sign Removal (After Closing)

  • Listing Presentation Sent

  • Same Day Listing input and schedule photography and sign installment

  • 1 Page Listing Flyer, 1 JUST LISTED post on all social media platforms

  • 1 Open House Flyer & 1 Digital Blast Email

  • We’ll call different brokerages in the area and send our e-blast

  • Send Seller Weekly insights on their home

  • Communicate with seller through out transactions

  • Assist with ordering closing gift

  • Provide Listing Feedback Reports to Seller Weekly and/or As Needed

  • Coordinate Open House Events

  • 1 Under Contract Social Media Post

  • What- to- expect emails to seller

Under Contract:

  • Provide Copies of Ratified Contract to Lender, Title Company, & Buyer’s Agent

  • Send Congratulations Graphic Email to Seller

Serve as Point of Contact from Start to Finish:

  • Lender

  • Title Company

  • Inspectors

  • Appraisers

Set Up Contingencies to Include:

  • Inspection

  • Appraisal

  • Financing

  • Create Calendar Management & Transaction Tracker

  • Serve as Liaison Between Buyer & Seller

  • Assist with Scheduling Final Walk Through and Settlement

  • Closely work with Brokerages’ Preferred Vendors (create a list if there isn’t one created)

Transaction Coordinating - Buyer

  • Custom Buyer Presentation - First impressions are everything! Never lose a buyer.

  • We Send Offer to Buyer(s) for Signing

  • We send Contract Docs to all professionals involved in the transaction

  • We send Send Counter Offer for Signing if Needed 

  • Introduction Emails sent on your behalf

  • Prep Buyer for closing
